Before joining Juniper, Jackie was a Customer Success Strategy Consultant at Valuize Consulting, where she specialized in designing and implementing scalable customer success workflows and creating success metrics for the new workflows. And prior to Valuize Consulting, she led customer success for Avaya’s cloud business unit. Jackie enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, traveling with her husband, and playing with her dog in her spare time.
