Cassie is a former Project & Change Manager who came to the world of Customer Success for the first time in 2015. Born and raised in the Silicon Valley, Cassie started her career at LinkedIn running highly strategic projects for the company’s global Talent Acquisition team. She then made both a life and career change by moving to New York to join LinkedIn’s Customer Success team. After a few years in both Customer Success and Sales at LinkedIn and a year at App Annie as a Customer Success team lead, Cassie ultimately came to monday.com and now leads the Enterprise CSM team in the US. Outside of chatting churn mitigation and ROI, you’ll find Cassie checking out the latest restaurants to explore on Eater, avidly following the Formula 1 season, and (hopefully again some day soon) traveling to new countries.
