Chase Zenger is an experienced Customer Success and Customer Experience professional with a passion for Behavioral Design and Behavioral Economics. He currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer at Box, the $2B Content Cloud Leder. While at Box, he has also served as Head of Customer Experience and Advocacy as well as Global Head of Scaled Customer Success. Prior to Box, Chase spent several years helping organizations design, measure, and deliver great customer experiences both as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Qualtrics and as a consultant with PwC’s Customer Experience Design practice.
