Chip is a veteran of customer facing roles in enterprise software. With history in Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Professional Services. Chip joined ABBYY in 2012 as a Director of Professional Services where he helped form the Customer Success group prior to moving into the lead of the team.
As the VP of Customer Success, Chip & his team focus on building and execution of programs and processes to ensure the overall satisfaction and successful adoption of ABBYY solutions. Through his deep knowledge and years of experience; Chip has been able to help countless customers build success into their projects.
Chip has been in the Digital Intelligence and Automation industries for over 20 years but has also worked deeply in related technologies such as BPM, Search, NLP, Machine Learning, and others.
