Elaine Cobb is the VP of Customer Success at Coveo, where her mission is to make sure every customer is empowered and inspired to accomplish their goals with the Coveo platform. Her passion is delivering exceptional customer experiences and inspiring teams for success.

Elaine has more than 20 years of sales and service experience in digital marketing solutions and analytics. She is known for building high performance teams through seasons of rapid change. In her most recent role, she served as the Executive Vice President, Client Success at Comscore, leading the custom solutions and syndicated servicing practice working with leading technology and media companies, agencies and brands.

Elaine graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance.

Outside of work, Elaine enjoys watching her three boys play hockey, baseball and soccer, as well as skiing and biking with her family. She also spends her time volunteering in her community, entertaining family and friends, and taking her Portuguese water dog for long walks.
