With over 20 years of experience in Customer Success, Digital Transformation, Loyalty, Business Growth, and Business Management, Yuko Naka has successfully built and inspired teams of consultants and business professionals. Yuko started her career leading brands through the transformation to the online and digital worlds for brands such as Harlequin and Loblaw Companies. She then became immersed in the Loyalty space, driving Loyalty and Payment Programs for clients including Scotiabank, SCENE, Cineplex, Scotia iTRADE, Interac, HSBC, CIBC, RBC, and TD.

Yuko joined the Backbase team in 2019 and has accountability for the growth and management of the regional office.  Her accountability includes full ownership of several major financial services customers in Canada and the North East US. Yuko has successfully led the office through a huge growth trajectory to over 60 consultants and a YOY growth of over 80% in yearly revenue in 2020.
