Bradley is the Head of Customer Success and Expansion at Deel. Bradley is responsible for building, managing, and scaling a global team of Customer Success Managers across North America, Latin America, and EMEA region.
Prior to Deel, Bradley has been building and cultivating new Customer Success department for multiple companies, most recently at Lever as their founding member of Toronto leadership team to build Lever’s regional Customer Success team.
Bradley holds an MBA and Bachelor of Applied Science degree in computer engineering from The University of Toronto
Bradley was listed by LinkedIn as a top Canadian Customer Success Leader.
