As a Customer Success leader, Gabe has built, scaled, and led the integration of Customer Success people, processes, and technology to drive global growth within the SaaS and services environment. He currently leads the Global Customer Success Enablement organization at Clarivate, responsible for Digital Customer Success and the technology, supporting processes, industry best practices, and training and development for the growth and success of regional CS team. Gabe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
