Jennie Dede leads Customer Success for LinkedIn’s Talent Solution Business. She leads a global team focused on enabling customers to effectivity optimize their talent acquisition strategy with LinkedIn. Prior to LinkedIn, Jennie spent 15 years in the recruitment space. She helped companies like Comcast, Bank of America and United Airlines build hiring processes that would attract and acquire top talent. Throughout her career she has built teams to drive scale, efficiency and results with her customers.
An active member of the Chicago community, she is a board member of New Moms as well as the Neighborhood Boys and Girls Club.  Jennie has a Bachelor’s of Arts in English from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York.  She and her husband have two boys who continue to bring such joy to their lives.
