Tammi is Vice President for the Customer Success Business Applications Solution Area, driving product and support consumption across Microsoft’s Enterprise business.
A dynamic leader, Tammi has 20+ years’ experience building and leading energized, results-oriented teams and business groups. She specializes in customer success, sales, pre-sales, technical consulting/architecture, and enablement. Tammi joined Microsoft in November 2017 as Customer Success Leader for the Microsoft U.S. Field – South Central Region. Previously, Tammi was at BMC Software as Vice President, Global Customer Success, where she led a large technical consulting team focused on new product placement, post-sales functions, and global customer support.
Tammi is an active community participant and is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Partnership, a regional economic development organization. She is also a member of the Dean’s Industry Advisory Board, University of Houston College of Technology as well as the Women in Leadership Advisory Panel for the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business. Tammi lives in the Houston area with her 2 kids and 2 dogs that keep her busy!
